Amman-Jordan 01/12/2019 : BMC Consultancy participated in organizing the first annual conference of public relations in Jordan, which was held in Amman – Jordan, from 8-10 of this December, organized by the Osool LTC in the St. Regis Amman Hotel. People from Jordan, Palestine, Libya, and Qatar participated in the conference.
The conference, which was titled “The Power of PR”, was held to highlight the public relations sector in the Middle East region, and to discuss the main pillars in public relations such as crisis management and corporate communications, measurement, sustainable corporate social responsibility, and digital transformation.
The conference participants learned about best practices Studies and practical advice provided by public relations experts in the region from Jordan, Denmark, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.
The conference focused on its axes to provide insight into the relevant trends in the public relations sector, best practices, studies and practical advice provided by Arab and international public relations experts, as it was an opportunity for participants from the PR sector to learn about modern methods and benefit from the experiences and success stories of the public relations sector.
During the three-day sessions, the conference discussed several themes and discussion papers specialized in the public relations sector, such as customer DNA, KPIs, CSR plans, how you can do Buzz for your business, digital PR, PR in dangerous areas, how to choose your media advisor, and many other axes that highlighted the public relations sector in the region.
On this occasion, Mr. Bashir Mraish, General Manager of BMC consultancy, the strategic partner of the conference, said that the public relations sector is one of the sectors that is of little interest in Jordan and the Arab world, noting that the establishment of the first annual public relations conference in Jordan highlights this sector more, where he said: “Our participation in this The conference and its organization came to increase awareness about public relations, as we seek with our partnership with Osool LTC to make this conference the nucleus of forming an annual conference specializing in public relations over the coming years.
Mr. Bashir Mraish also participated as a speaker during the conference’s days, where he presented a paper titled “How to Choose the Best Company for Public Relations Management”, in addition to presenting a workshop titled “Dominating the Crisis Life Cycle”.
It is mentioned that this conference is considered the first of its kind specialized in the public relations sector, where BMC Consultancy, in cooperation with Osool Training and Consulting, seeks to establish it during the coming years to spread awareness about the importance of the public relations sector for individuals, companies and institutions of various kinds.
